    Thanks for the welcome everybody! It's great to see some other Virginians on the board. I'm in Culpeper.

    I've started on the Atkins plan because I had success with it before. So far so good but it's only been five days! I told hubby all I wanted for Valentine's Day was HIM, no candy! LOL
