I'm curious, as I have a lot of weight to lose. I started this week at 285, and want to get to 170. Obviously I'm not going to get there in 90 days, and when I look at the last phase, it looks like a great maintenance plan....but I cannot see how I'd continue to lose a lot of weight on that phase.
After finishing Phase III, do I go back to Phase I, or stay on Phase III until I get nearer my goal, and then go to IV?
