(ttc) exercising and uterine cramps

    just simple exercises... dancing, squats, jump rope, crunches... gives me killer cramps in the right side of my uterus... like its on fire... whats up with that???

  • Have you taken a pregnancy test? If not, you should because you might be pregnant! If the test is negative, you probably have an ovarian cyst. If you're concerned you should call your doctor.
  • i agree might be a cysts. I have those and thats what i feel like
  • yeah, i took one today, neg.. but the other 2 times i was pregnant, i didnt get a pos until 16 dpo
