I think I still have the book around here somewhere. It's got a journal in it, which is cool, where you write down everything you eat for every day, is that right?
Anyway, I bought it from an infomercial and paid around $200 for the whole system, came with some NASTY TASTING protein bars and hot chocolate and some soups, I think, and some ketostix.
I didn't stick with it but it worked somewhat the week or so that I followed it

I remember hating the black coffee and the tuna out of the can that I was eating (yuck!!) all the time. I also remember the headache and general lousy feeling I had. That's why I quit. DUH!! That's carb withdrawal and I didn't even know it! Imagine how small I would be right now. . . .
Anyway, good luck to you! It's similar to all the low carb plans I have heard about and should work just great for you.
