Good morning to all
It is a rainy morning here. It started yesterday afternoon and has been non stop. The power went out last night for some time and I had to light some candles so my 2 grand-daughters wouldn't be afraid if they woke up. But we need this rain really badly. It is suppose to rain til this afternoon. Not going to be good for birthday at park for other grand daughter.
I did really bad with my eating yesterday. If I had stopped at first helping I would have been ok but temptation was too much. So I have to be more careful today.
I can not do my swimming this morning and with so many extra people around I doubt I will do Richard. Like some of you I am sure I do not like exercising in front of people.
Well they are waking up around here so I will see you later

Hi All,

It's been a while since I have posted. My brother and SIL came down for a week and we spent 2 days of that week at the beach. And, like Eleni, I haven't done well on my eating at all. We ate out a lot and had McFlurries a couple of times. Now, I have to really be careful with my eating for awhile. Its hard to get back on track. I did walk on the beach early in the morning before the rest of them was up. I love that time of the day.
Its raining here too, but I love the rain as long as there is no lightening and thunder.
Hope you are all doing well. I tried to catch up on all the posts, but it looks like the posting has been slow lately.

Hopefully you can get back on track today. I don't blame you I don't like working out at home when people come over either. But I love working out with the others at curves because they are doing what I am doing.LOL
Did you enjoy the parties even though you had all the rain. It rained here all day long yesterday and just 1 hour south of us got 6 inches of snow. It was snowing/raining here yesterday morning but it rained more then the snow thank god so the rain won out. I hope you enjoy yourself today with all the grandkids. I know you can't wait for it all to be over. Remember to start over again tomorrow.LOL

I am with you about starting over and cracking down. My eating has been terrible also. Must be a lot of us fell off the wagon. Usually when the boards are slow it is because we are doing terrible. Hopefully everyone is just very busy and not off plan.
Did you enjoy the beach and your visit with everyone? I hope so. Where are they from?
Remember we can always start over. Never give up. You will make it to goal someday like I will also.

I stayed on plan all day yesterday and I was so happy with myself for it. I also bought a power rider that works both the upper and lower body at the same time. I love it. So between Curves 30 min workouts and my heartrate at the 80% range while doing that workout, my walks (when it is not raining), and the power rider I am in. Also with my eating doing well again I should have a great loss this week. My scale was already down 3 lbs this morning from eating so great yesterday. I am looking forward to seeing the loss again every day this week.

It's me again, I survived having 2 grandkids spend the night and 2 birthday parties. I was not feeling good this morning but when we got home from party I layed down and took a nap.Something I never do. Feel better now. The todays party was suppose to be at the park but because of weather it was at their very small house. But I was surprised as all the kids were pretty good.
I wish I could say I did good but I didn't. I did a little better than yesterday but only a little. Will have to really watch it until Thursday if I want a loss.
Sherri, I had something like what you had but it was too hard for me. I gave it away and it was like brand new. But it wasn't doing me any good. Hope it works for you.
Well I need to go to the grocery store. We were suppose to go on the way home but I just wanted to come home and rest.
