I'm new at keeping up a routine several days a week. I really kicked my own butt yesterday and today my butt (go figure!) and legs really hurt! But I didn't want to skip the exercise either so I got back on the stepper and watched Biggest Loser on tivo

25 mins stepping later and I'm not sore!
So do you take time off when you're sore? Push through? And will I be DYING tomorrow??
