Hey Everyone!

  • Just wanted to say hey to everyone, and today is my first day logging in! I am getting married in Sept and really need to focus to lose about 50-60lbs. My motivation is partially my wedding but also just to feel and look better-my problem is, I start every "monday" and then at like lunch Im fed up...anyone have any tips?

  • Welcome! Change is hard and change under pressure even harder. Maybe think about baby steps. The first week focus on recording your food in FitDay or the Daily Plate. The second week add a 20 minute walk a few times a week. Go from there. Baby steps. Plus, if you find yourself off plan, remember that you can make the choice to get right back on with the very next meal.

  • thank you for the words of encouragement...i was going to go tomorrow and join ww---where i work everyone is dieting so there are 1000 diff suggestions of what diet to go on....from what it sounds ww works, your able to eat and not deprive yourself, i figured its prob best to go to the meetings and weigh in so i can be held accountable ...

    its just part of me feels like i am not really ready but i know i have to do something ...ughhhhhhhhh but at least this is a step in the right direction...

    The big day is September 25! I know Ihave like 8mos but I gotta get myself motivated to get this weight off and joing ww tomorrow i think may be my eye opener!!!!
