I need a question answered

  • I have the point values for WW 1-2-3 plan, and the Winning Points. I know the point values have changed from the 1-2-3 plan, and the points allowed are different. I was just curious to find out which plan is better to follow.

  • W/W refines and adjusts their program with new research data each year. If one works better for your then use it. I actually combined a combo of both programs to work for me.
  • The old plan assumed exercise activity. The new plan does not, so the points seem higher in many cases.

    Thank you both for answering my question. I will combine the 2, as some point values in the newer version aren't listed that were listed in the 123 plan.
