woah, THIS is what you guys do everyday?

  • I have so much respect for all of you. Today, for the first time (I think in my life), I did a 45 minute workout. 30 solid minutes on the elliptical (level 6, incline 9), and 15 on a recumbant bike (level 8). Geez... I'm so impressed that you do this regularly, every week! I want to emulate you, and I'm going to keep trying to go to the gym as often as possible.

Oh, and I feel like my a** is successfully kicked.
  • great job kelly!
  • Thats excellent! It gets a LOT easier
  • Great work. Your body and mind will begin to crave it!
  • Awesome job!! Once you get in the habit it's something that will get easier & you will not feel right unless you do it
  • Yay, glad to hear that! It really is quite fun, often the highlight of my day.
  • Awesome Job!!!
  • Yaaaaay Kelly!!!! Great job! You did kick your butt. You didn't go willy-nilly no resistance no incline kinda thing your first time around you pushed into high gear! Fantastic job and keep it up!
  • hehe...actually, somebody had just left the machine on an incline, and I didn't know enough about it to think to change it! I didn't realize until later that it wasn't a beginner incline, and by then I realized that I could do it!
  • it's crazy right? i just got to the point where doing weights and cardio and whatever for like 45mins doesn't make me want to DIE. i'm getting there!
  • Keep it up Kellie, eventually exercise will be as second nature as brushing your teeth HONEST!!

Well, guess what--I'm totally impressed! I got my butt kicked by my new elliptical on level 2, incline 2 for 12 minutes! So you are my hero-goddess for doing 30 minutes at the level you did it. I hope to be there soon!
  • Excellent!! I too am trying to develop a routine and I need all the inspiration I can get!
