I am on my second week of induction. I am trying to make up my menu for the week. I am not really good at doing this. So, I would love for someone to look at it for me. Any suggestions would be helpful?
Breakfast
Muffin (egg & 1/4 cup flax seed & sweetener) (1 to 2 carbs depending on sweetener)
Decaf coffee w/ splenda & cream (1 carb)
Snack
Cheese stick (1 carb)
Lunch
Salad- Lettuce (1cup) bacon bits, cheese
Chicken Salad (egg & mayonnaise)
Snack
Pork rinds
Dinner
Broccoli Salad (1 cup)
Baked Tilapia
