Monday: Birthday dinner - had to have cake for my birthday =/ cramps so bad I couldn't work out.
Tuesday: 2500 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS Level 2 Day 4 & 30 mins cardio
Wednesday: 1450 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS Level 2 Day 5 & 60 mins cardio
Thursday: 1720 calories, 72oz of water, 30DS Level 2 Day 6 & 60 mins cardio
Friday: 1390 calories, 72oz of water, 60 mins cardio
