    My plan: 1300-1700 calories, 92oz of water, 30DS & 60 mins cardio

    Monday: Birthday dinner - had to have cake for my birthday =/ cramps so bad I couldn't work out.
    Tuesday: 2500 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS Level 2 Day 4 & 30 mins cardio
    Wednesday: 1450 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS Level 2 Day 5 & 60 mins cardio
    Thursday: 1720 calories, 72oz of water, 30DS Level 2 Day 6 & 60 mins cardio
    Friday: 1390 calories, 72oz of water, 60 mins cardio
  • I'm in! My weekend was a little shaky.
  • My Plan: Sticking to WW pts.

    Monday: 21 WW pts.
    Tuesday: 32 WW pts. (used 11 of my weekly, more than I had planned, but whatever )
    Wednesday: 31 WW pts. (used 10 of my weekly--I guess I'm extra hungry this week)

  • This seems to really actually help me. Here's to a second week for me of being OP!

    I want to work out at least once (damn...I never work out!)
    And stay OP with eating....not use over 35 FP's.

    Monday: well, I had a bit of a cereal binge due to a bunch of emotional crap going on in my life. But I did manage to only use 2 FP's today, yay. So pretty much OP.
    Tuesday:Basically OP, had 1 flex point
    Wednesday: Completely OP!
    Thursday: OP! Thank god...

  • I'm definitely in! I am going away to watch a skating competition for the rest of the week after today, so my goal is going to be more generalized than normal. I'll be living out of a hotel room and restaurants for the rest of the week, so I'm not going to calorie count this week, at least not as strictly as I do during a normal week.

    Goal: Pick good food choices, drink as much water as possible, try to get some exercise in somehow (doing laps at the arena during down times or whatever)

    2. what does this mean: "30DS" ?

  • I'm in, too. Eat OP (1,300 - 1,800 calories), at least 48oz of water per day, and get at least 240 minutes of exercise.

    Monday: Didn't stay OP with calories but I got my water in, and 30 minutes of exercise

  • Ahhh the last time I stuck to plan was the last time I did this, so here it goes:

    Goals: 24 WW points, 80 oz. water, Gym 3x (30-60 mins cardio)

    I have had a lot going on in the last 3 weeks and haven't made any progress. I'm getting back to the basics...
  • I am in this week too!!!

    Goals: 1600-1800 cals, 60 oz water and workout 4 days this week!!

    Monday: 1534 cals, 65 oz water and 65 min workout!!
    Tuesday: 1754 Cals, 60 oz water and no workout.
    Wednesday:1814 cals, 70 oz water and 90 min workout!!
    Thursday: 1624 cals, 55 oz water and no workout, my legs are killing me from yesterday!
    Friday: 1990 cals, 80 oz water and 65 min workout and 20 min swim.
  • Ok…I’m in too! This week I want to: Keep to 1800 – 2000 Calories, 64 oz of water a day (or more if possible). Do my Aerobics 3 days (M-W-F) at least, daily wall push ups (no less than 20, more would be ideal). NO CANDY !!

  • I'm in on this too. I need some accountability. My gosl for the week is to stay around 1400 calories and exercise at least 3 times this week.(Lately I've been struggling to do any)
    Monday: 1325 cal and no exercise today. Buh!!

  • I'm in. Last week my computer was having issues so I had to go at it on my own. I feel more accountable if I can post here though.

    Ok, so exercise at least 4 days out of the 5 for at least 45 minutes. Eat between 1350-1500 calories. (Which is more than I've been doing to see if I need more and not less.) Stay with at least 64 ounces of water. And around 20g of fiber or more. TDP says I should eat 1684 but I don't want to go much above 1500 if at all.

    Monday: 1495 Cals Eaten
    403 Cals burned during Turbo Jam
    I've already drank my 64 oz of water.
    I'm a lil under on the fiber.

    Tuesday: 1700 Cals (I drank a cherry coke....)
    No exercise (yet..I'll try to get some in)
    Had my 64 ounces of water
    Not quite there on fiber again.

    Wednesday: 1540 Cals
    460 Cals Burned doing TJ
    Only drank 1 32oz bottle but I'll drink the other one easy.
    Over on the fiber today...woohoo!

    Thursday: 1505 Cals
    303 Burned with Turbo Jam I also went on a wlk with my daughter's and puppy after work and am doing some exercises on my ball while I watch Grey's tonight. I have my ball and stretchie band ready to go.
    Drank all my water plus I'll drink more.
    I'm over on fiber. Woohoo!
    Keep your fingers crossed for a good weigh in tomorrow morning. Lower than 172.5 will be WONDERFUL! I'm tired of teetering between that and 174.5.

  • Ok, so today was a bad day to decide to hunker down. We did the family birthday dinner for me & my SIL, so we had birthday brownies & all, but that's ok. I can get back up tomorrow, and this is it. I don't have anymore birthday festivities that include cake coming up.

    And I had the worst cramps today. I haven't been in this much pain in a while. I was all dressed & ready to go to the gym, but my cramps were so bad that I felt nauseous. Not fun. Back on tomorrow, cramps or no cramps. Hope you all did better than me! =)
  • I had kind of a cheat day. I hit maybe 1800 calories.

    I feel TOM coming on and I had to give myself an inch. At least I didn't take a mile!
