I tend to be very much all or nothing and this has always been my downfall as I end up straving myself for a few days then eating more than ever. I have been quite hard myself this time, making sure I always eat under 1000 calories and feeling (stupidly) proud when I eat less than 300 calories a day but this is still the healthiest approach I have ever taken. I have done an exercise dvd every day (had to force myself sometines) except for one day when I had to work until 11pm. I know it is just a small start but YAY!! Hope and pray I can keep going. Sorry for the long rambling post!!
