  • I probably blanked this out because mine was nearly non-existent but how did you do?

    For those of you who set targets, let us know how much you lost, if you stayed the same or - horrors! - gained. No need for numbers if you gained. I'll just post a for gains.

  • I lost all of the weight I gained over the holidays plus an extra pound. I'm happy with it
  • 9 pounds!
  • I think in actuality, I lost 7 lbs...but I also think I'm retaining a lot of water right now so I'm at a break even.
  • I am in the negative w/ my weight loss for January. I was slimmer right after Christmas than I am right now by 4 pounds. But I will get there again.

  • 12 pounds -- 840 exercise minutes. (if anyone is interested. )
  • Lost pretty well then had a big stall for TOM. Went out of control. I'm back on track now!

  • I think I lost my goal of 2 (need to recheck in the morning - I've been scale free for 2 days). I am now officially done losing until/unless a few lbs sneak back. Only took me 6 months to lose the last 2 but I'm not sure they are meant to stay gone.
