I was at the mall the other day and saw the cutest outfit from Maurices. I tried on a medium blouse with a large over vest thing. The outfit was big so the sales woman called downstate to have more sizes shipped up. I went back yesterday and to my surprise I fit in a SMALL vest and blouse! And the blouse was still a little roomy. I never could have imagined fitting in a small. It's the greatest feeling.

Another post asked "what is your top ten things you'll be looking forward to when Goal is Achieved" - that feeling of fitting into a smaller size than expected would be one of 'em...not because of the size but the affirmation of commitment to ourselves that we weren't expecting...

Oh man, when I went shopping a couple weeks ago and was down a shirt size and TWO pant sizes it was the BEST feeling! you should definitely feel great about yourself! A little ego boost like that goes a long way!
