be careful- there has been a big recall! I'm sure most people know- but I just realized the severity of the peanut butter recall by going to the FDA website sooooo many things with peanut butter in them have been recalled off the bat I noticed the lara bars, clif bars ,and nutrisystem bars! and even some items form trader joes.. I know there are a lot of people on this forum who eat those things! be careful for salmonella

It's only on the Granola (Breakfast Bars) I can't find the original place on the Nutrisystem site that I saw it, but I found this instead:

the Nutrisystem forums (which are free to join) have had up a large banner on their home page about it since the recall began. They also have a detailed article explaining which product is affected and explaining that so far, no one has gotten sick from their bars. Still, they are replacing any PB granola bars you have ordered from them...all you have to do is call.

I wonder how long this is going to go on before they consider Peanut Butter safe to consume again.

I don't do Nutrisystem but I did notice there were a ton of Nutrisystem products yesterday at the store BIG LOTS.
