New Menu thread

  • Can you tell I got my motivation back??????


    Breakfast-
    1 bowl of granola with skim milk

    lunch- 2 slices of ww bread
    3 oz turkey 2 slices tomato
    2 slices leaf lettuce and lite miracle whip
    spinach, lima beans

    ww spagetti ( 1 cup )

    can of peaches in 100% fruit juice
    green tea and lots of water
  • Bfast

    1 cup crispix
    1 cups skim milk
    sweet n low

    Lunch

    1 imitation crabmeat sandwich made with 2 slices lite bread and 3 oz imitation crab meat and 2 T FF miracle whip

    Water.
  • Thursdays menu
    Took multivitamin,

    Breakfast-
    1 egg, 1 slice of toast

    lunch- salad, fruit

    snack- strawberries

    supper- not sure yet

    I will eat more later on ..... Got to get ready for work

    Ok here it is..... trying something new for a few weeks so here it is


    Breakfast- fruit, (strawberries, banana, pear)

    Lunch- 1 apple and a WW taco shell with refried beans and lettuce and salsa

    Supper- 1 pear, and 2 WW tortillas with lettuce beans and salsa

    snack- vanilla soy milk
