I've been thinking about going on the brain diet, or something like it. It's about eating certain foods to get the optimal levels of glucose, vitamins, omega-3's etc.
The purpose is to optimize brain performance and health. Not only to make you think more clearly, improve memory, but also to make you feel emotionally better. I guess mental well-being is an important part of it.
It's not a diet for weight loss, per se, but if I were to go on it, I would just continue to eat around 1500 calories, so I would lose weight.
Anyway, has anyone tried it, heard about it, etc?
