I went on the scale after three weeks, and voila! 6 lbs in three weeks!
I'm now 189.8 lbs! So that means I've gained .6 lbs of muscle due to my exercise routine and lost 6 lbs in the process!
So my total weight loss to date is now 118 lbs!
I am sooooooo rockin' this today!
