No Longer Obese

    Although I'm not big on a one size fits all "ideal" weight or BMI; being considered obese has always bothered me. Well this morning according to the CDC I am no longer obese. Woo Hoo

    Congratulations! I'm not one for the "one size fits all" weight classifications either, but I can definitely understand the happiness at no longer being qualified as obese. Whatever you're doing seems to be working!

    Congratulations! I think moving from Obese to Overweight was the most exciting for me, even though it was one I hit early. Realizing I was in the Obese category was one of the things that made me wake up.
