Okay...I'm on WW...I still have plenty of flex points (13.5) to last me until Thursday (my weigh in day). I've eaten most of my flex points in the past two days, though. (A big dinner yesterday and thin crust pizza for dinner tonight.) For some reason, it's starting to freak me out a bit. I have that feeling I always got before I'd fall into a binge, but I know I'm not in any danger of *really* falling into a binge because, well, I'm aware of it. Still...
I guess what I'm asking is for someone to talk me down.
