Picture Perfect

  • I was watching the View and heard about this plan, anyone else?Bought the book and it has motivated me these past 3 days, it's a start. Basically, you just make the right calorie choices and there isn't anything you can't eat.I was surprized what calorie content some of the food I was eating has. I am 49, married, 2 grown kids out of the house. Did the phen-phen , and it worked perfectly for me. Now, 4 years later, 70 pounds heavier, I am ready to change my habits and 160 "here I come!!"
