Now is the time I am taking control of my workout routine. I always plan to do it first thing in the morning, and then I put it off and put it off and it's 11 pm and I still haven't worked out, and I'm too tired
so I do nothing. Then a new day begins, and I'm a little fatter and a little less fit!So let's do this!
For this thread- post your morning workout goal for the next day, and report how you did today with your previous goal. Got it?
So my workout goal for tomorrow is to do the 30DS before 10am. Tomorrow I'll report how I did with achieving that goal, and I'll post my goal for Monday.
If you have to work or can't workout in the mornings, you probably don't want to join this thread. But if you are looking for motivation to amp up your mornings (and raise your metabolism for the day!) join me!




And even once I do it's not until 1, so morning is more like 11 or noon.
