Weekend OP Challenge

  • I spent the whole week off plan, so I think 2 days of being on plan would help me greatly!

    Hope you guys will join me!

    My plan: 1500 calories, 92oz of water, 60 mins cardio & 30DS

  • I stayed OP all week, and want to continue!

    Saturday: 31 WW pts. (used my remaining 10 weekly allowance points)
    Sunday: 21 WW pts.

    Stayed OP all weekend! So far that's 7 days in a row...yay!
  • This week was not so good but I have a new attitude. I am hoping to get in a work out both days and eating healthy (1400-1500 cals approx). I don't count calories but I try to get a bit of an idea.
    Sat- I did tae bo and had about 1450 calories

  • I'm in. I need to get back on track this weekend now that i'm back in the school groove:
    My goals are a total of an hour working out split between both days.
    Drink at least 3 large water bottles of water each day.
    Eat under 1500 cals, track on sparkpeople

  • I really feel like I did a really good job this week...but didn't see the results I was hoping for. So, I'm in!

    Goal: 1600-1700 calories, at least 80 oz of water, gym both days

    Saturday: 1751 calories, 96 oz of water, gym day 1 (35 minutes on the elliptical)

  • The last (2?) weekend on plan challenges I joined I totally binged. So I think I will not make any weekend goals, and then maybe I will do well! haha
