Yeh for me

  • Day 4 and I haven't cheated. I tried fatsmash a couple of years ago and felt I wasn't losing any weight so I went back to my stand by "southbeach". I would last 2 days and start cheating. For some reason I just can't stick with southbeach this time. I really am hoping to lose the weight on fatsmash, this is really easy for me to stick to. Has anyone not lost any weight on Phase I?
  • No, I've lost weight the whole time. I'm on day 15 and I'm down maybe 20 lbs from when I started, just from a completely different lifestyle and exercising a lot. But I could see if you built muscle, you could break even. That will pass.

    I LOVE this diet. I think it is completely realistic. Just make sure you learn to SEASON you food properly. It will help with wanting to eat it and not wanting to cheat.
  • Phase I was the bomb and it really did some good for me! I estimate about 12 pounds, but not 100% sure. I feel smaller and know that I am making better choices, but not perfect.
