I can't believe how long it's been since I posted here!
My life has suffered a little upset since I went back to work last summer. I completely stopped running after completing a 10k run around this time last year. I actually only weigh 5 pounds more than when I stopped running, but my body is flab instead of the muscle tone that I had before. I made sure my son never ate junk, but I ate it all the time. Talk about a hypocrite!
It's time to get back to it and it's way past time. I am so tired of looking at those clothes in the top of my closet that I can't fit anymore, that just seem to STAY there. All this wasted time. Well no more. I am back and looking forward to being HEALTHY once again.
