Today for some reason the topic of weight came up during a coffee break. The guys were making fun of one woman who's pregnant because she said she gained 10lbs or something. Anyway they were like, wow 10 lbs on your 98lb frame, that's 10% of your body! lol anyway so the guys are talking about how they are waaay more than her 115lb (actual weight before baby), and one guy is like oh yea, I'm 145. Lol wow, I'M 145! And I'm a GIRL! When I went home I was thinking maybe I should lower my goal weight.. we'll see how 130 feels.

Well unless he's really short 145 is skinny for a guy anyway. Don't worry about it. Just do the best you can.

Say whattttt? lol If you're going to lower your goal weight, it should be because you feel more comfortable at that weight, not because some dude said he weighed WAY MORE than the tiny girl, at a whopping 145! lol
Whatever you feel comfortable at (within healthy range of course) is what you should go with

My boyfriend is 5'11'' and 170 pounds and he is a bean pole! So I don't know what's up with that guy.

Guys have much less fat on their body though so I wouldn't worry about what he says he weighs.

145 on a guy is pretty normal, depending on his height.

That guy might be short and have no muscle though.. Muscle weighs more than fat, and that's probably why a lot of thin guys weigh 200! Lol.

More to the point, why should someone else's weight determine yours? its where YOU feel comfortable that counts

Again OMFG I agree with Kata What is he a dwarf....That is mad skinny. The skinniest guy I work with is like 170 6'0". AND HE IS TINY.

Anyways my goal weight is 15-20 pounds more than his actual weight. I look good now so at my goal I am gonna be the shyt....AND SO ARE YOU HONEY.
