Need advice on in-office workout item

  • My vote is the stepper. I think it's a better work out. I ride 10 miles 3 or 4 times a week on big exercise bike and it's a good workout but anytime I'm standing up doing cardio I feel it all over and get more for my time.
  • I think either of them would be very good. You could also hold in your tummy whenever you get up and walk around. It works your core muscles and slims your belly. ^_^
  • There's also a lot you can do without buying anything. Like jumping jacks, running in place and jump rope. You can also do some strenth stuff using your own weight like wall sits and lunges. I actually tought about getting one of those "bop-it's" from like 15 yrs ago that counts as you skip over it.. those always wore me out as a kid, lol.
