calves: right 18" same left 18.5" +.5 "

Thighs: Right:30.75" -2.25" Left:32.5" -2.5"
Belly: (yuck) 54" (same)
This week I get measured by the trainer so I'll post tonight or tomorrow after I get weighed and measured.
After this weekend, I'm a little scared to hit the scales!!
PNG - good job, you went down in more then you went up. Keep up the good work!! My belly has been the hardest to get shrunk as well.

Ok, PNG here are my measurements:
This is the difference from 4/23
Thigh = 27.5 ( same )
Calf = 18 ( same )
Chest = 49 ( same )
Arms = 17 ( up 0.5 )
Waist = 43 ( down 0.5 )
Abdo. = 56 ( down 1.5 )
But = 57 ( same )
My weight went down 2lbs since a month ago.
