    How do you make your stir fry veggies? No meat included, right?

    I love stir fry, always looking for different ways to make it!!

    Tonya,
    Right, no meat. I don't eat meat too often, so I am always experimenting with different ways to make veggies! I sauteed some garlic and onion, then added broccoli slaw (shredded pieces of broccoli with some shredded carrots and red cabbage in the bag - great stuff!), sliced bell peppers and pea pods. I added a small amount of rice vinegar towards the end and then simmered the veggies in some thai sauce that I bought in the marinade section of the grocery store. It was very tasty, and basically just a big bowl of veggies! The sauce was only 40 calories for 2 TB, so very healthy!
