Hello everyone! My name is Sharlene and I'm 38 years old. Found this site from posts on the Jenny Craig website so came to check it out. Looks like a popular forum! I have 32 lbs. to lose that I've been fighting for almost 8 years now. Have tried Weight Watchers, LA Weight Loss, and Slim Fast all with little result. Have now been on Jenny Craig for a week and just had my first weigh in today with a loss of 6 lbs! So far, I really like JC because of the convenience of the packaged foods. It's so much easier for me than trying to figure out what I need to eat. Would love to know what other people are doing and how they are liking it. Looking forward to meeting some great people here! I am fairly new to 3FC too! So far I have found tons of info and inspiration on this site. Everyone is so helpful and willing to share. I have never tried JC but I have tried many other diet like you. I have done WW, Slim Fast, South Beach, liquid diets, and more. South beach worked for me a couple of years ago but I fell off the wagon and gained it all back +13lbs. I have been attempting to try it again since the first of the year but can't get past day one. So now I am reading about Somersizing. I feel that it is a more lenient version of a low carb diet that allows you to have fruits in phase one. I love fruit! So I am gonna sprinkle all of us with a little and we can do this!!!!! Good luck!
