Hi! can anyone tell me if you would count the all Bran bars as one starch?

calories - 130
fat - 6g
cholestrol - 5mg
sodium - 100mg
potassium - 80mg
carbohydrate - 21g
protein 2g

I just purchased some of these today and I am trying to add differant starches into my daily menu..

I would think you could probably count it as a starch...my rule of thumb is keep starches around 100 calories..

I would probably count it as a starch - protein is low so you can't really count it as that.

It would be a 1 and 1/2 starches.
