I have always been a little overweight but about a year ago things got outta control and I put on about 30lbs in less than 9 mos...bringing me up to 235! I made some lifestyle changes towards the end of this past summer and have since been able to get down to 212 but I just haven't been able to break the to 210 mark. I feel like I keep gaining a losing the same 5lbs. It's frusterating but hopefully I can get a lot of good info from this forum!
PS I love that carrot thing
