When you're a fatty like me, shopping at American Eagle is BIG deal. I came into some extra cash this Christmas and decided to go shopping at the mall today. I stopped into AE for s**** and giggles and to look for some workout pants. I bought a couple of them a few years ago when I lost like...10lbs.

Well, I saw a bunch of hoodies and the M looked a bit big for normal AE clothes, so I went to the XL size and the first thing I thought was "OMG, this might actually fit me!" so I grabbed it and went browsing for some workout pants.

Long story short, the hoodie fits WONDERFULLY! and I finally found those cute stretchy, make your butt look sexy black yoga pants, AND I got two new tank tops.

AND I fit my fat@$$ into a pair of 14 AE jeans!!!!!!!! It's still pretty snug in the waist and thigh but I can still pull them up and button and zip them.

I am SO excited!! I've never been able to walk into that store and feel like I can actually fit into their clothes. Today was a good day.

awww thats really cool. shopping use to be a big deal for me. my favorite store only goes up to a very small L. (i haven't shopped there in 2 years) i can't wait to go there again. Lucky you!

Good for you. I am so happy for you. I cannot wait to hit the mall, but I am going to wait until I can wear 14's too. I am wearing 16's and the waist is big, but the hips...well this hips fit tooooo well...

I want to hit American Eagle when I get down to 14's too..We will all have to post our mall endeavors as we get there: smiles
