Hi people
I used to post on here a couple of years ago but gave up on it when I had my university finals. I have put some of the weight back on but not all of it! I'm on day 5 counting calories which is the best effort I've made for years. It all seemed pretty positive but then yesterday I came down with a cold (again!). It's been a pretty unhealthy winter in the UK! I always eat loads when I get a cold and sure enough I hit the chocolate earlier.
