i've pretty much cut out all sweets from my diet as of the first of the year, but i still find other foods to over eat .
I thought it might help me to start a "Just for today" thread. and if anyone else wants to jump in, cool

My biggest struggle in my weight loss has always been over eating. if i could just learn to eat well, I'd be on my way. Also, i don't feel like i could be successful at any diet and exercise regimine untill i get my eating habits in control.
Like, tonight i ate over half a bag of baked lays. you see? even though they are baked and are marketed toward dieters, i will still binge on them. At least i stopped at half a bag though, right?
so anyway, just for tomorrow my goal will be just for today, i will not over eat.


I'm having a cod fillet from trader joes, a baked potato, lettuce tomato and broccoli sprouts.
