Hi all.
First of all I'd like to thank all of you for giving me the inspiration to kick my but in gear too.
In September, 08, I weighed in at a whopping 193lbs. This number scared me being only 7 away from the dreaded 200, which I hope to never see. That day I began my plan for action.
I took a starter photo and began eating a healthier diet full of fruits, vegetables and water and began working out 30 minutes per day. In the past 2 weeks I have upgraded my workout to 45 minutes of Power 90 per day (or at least I try).
Bringing me to today, 4 months later and am quite pleased with my progress thus far. I still have a long way to go, but I find setting small attainable goals keeps me focussed. My ultimate goal, however, is 135lbs.
I can't stand to look at the picture of me at 193, as I find I look so uncomfortable in it.
On a side note, I have suffered with an inner ear problem for a long time now, Tinnitus. Through my dieting and exercise so far, I haven't experienced any problems related to it. (YAY!)
So that is my journey so far, I welcome any pointers, tips or personal successes of your own. I have lost 16lbs in 4 months (roughly 1 lb per week) and hope to increase that pace.
