


moment for me! You mean, if I ate the way that made me fat before, it will make me fat again??? Who'd have thunk it? You are so so right that old habits create old bodies, new habits maintain new bodies. Think about maintenance from Day 1 and keep it in the forefront as you develop food and exercise habits you can sustain. That doesn't mean you need to have your ultimate plan right away.....lots of us tweak and change....but play around and find out what kinds of foods keep you satisfied and full and healthy and that you love!
