starting again having gone just over 14st (196 lbs) for the second time in the last year (14st2 last week). down to 13st11 now (193 lbs).
mini-goal is to get below 13st (182lbs) or into the 170s (179 would get my BMI below 30), maybe by may 1st? that sounds like a really long time but it's probably realistic.. i usually find it pretty easy to get to 13st5 and then not much happens beyond that..
i'm kind of calorie counting but not methodically...just eating what i know is well under 1500, which is alright for the first few days but i'll have to be more careful about calculating my intake properly..eating mainly wholegrains (brown rice, quinoa), vegtables, pulses and fish, with occasional meat (had two rashers for breakfast, yum yum) and i think the most important thing otherwise is not drinking, which i do in great volume and suspect is the main reason i've put on so much weight, i don't eat sweets, takeaways, crisps etc. very often.
anyway kind of a dull post but now my goal is in writing
