How long have I been droning on about this? It is FINALLY here! The movers will be here at 8 am on Monday morning! Dh arrives tonight at midnight! We will hit the road next thursday out of Portland, hoping to arrive Newport, RI no later than May 29th!

3000 miles, two kids, two cars, a dog and Mr. Know-it-all! Should be the road trip of a life time!

This is my last post. I've got to pack up the desk and the computer! Please say prayers that we make it there safe and sound! And, in one piece!

I will tell you ALL about it when we get there and set up! I hope you all have a great Mother's Day!

Jenni,
With you leaving Portland, does this make me the only member of this forum on Pacific Time. Everyone is on line between 5 and 8 am est... which is right in the middle of my REM sleep. Or about the same time my husband is calling to tell me how much he loves me and oops...he forgot about the time difference ! Sorry!
I hope when you open this up, Jenni, that all went well. You are in your new home and loving it. I hope you've had so much help with the move, you're completely unpacked, settled in and loving it...and it only took a few days!!!!
