Attempting to get back in the game

  • So, the last time I tried, I was doing really well for about two months, and I failed. Miserably. It took me this long to gain the weight back, but I'm really ticked off that I gained it back.

    Anyway, I'm attempting to get myself back in the game and keep myself there! I'm doing a high fiber, low cal sort of deal, and hoping that I can stick with it.

  • You can do this. One day,one meal, one choice at a time. When you stumble jump right back in with the next meal or next choice. No one is perfect. Just keep moving forward.
