I don't like salad much, either, which is why I don't usually eat it.
No harm in eating just cooked veggies. A big all-veggie stir-fry can have the same nutrition as a salad, but is 1000X more appealing to me than a big bowl of raw vegetables.
Maybe you can try some new ones - zucchini, spinach (or other greens), cabbage, beets, mushrooms, peppers, turnips, artichokes, green beans... I'm blanking on other vegetables now, haha.

Or try cooking your old favorites in different ways than you usually do - roasting, steaming, sauteeing, fake-frying by coating in breadcrumbs or panko and baking.
If you REALLY want to get used to eating raw veggies, maybe you can slowly try cooking them less and less. There are some veggies that I can't stand when they're really well cooked and soft, like asparagus and carrots -- I like them still a little firm and crispy. That might be a good transition point between cooked and raw.
