Exercise

  • Hi everyone!

    I was just curious to know what everyone does for an exercise routine.
    I have been using Leslie Sansone's walking DVD's and have been doing some walking outdoors during my lunch break at work.
    I know that after a while this will get boring so I wanted to get an idea of what other people are doing.

  • When I was over 300 I walked outside as well. I also did the Leslie WATP DVDs too. I think at 280 I added in Turbo Jam.

    These days I am a alternating treadmill running (walk/jog) every other day with biking on my bike/trainer. When it gets warm again I will bike outside. (And reluctantly swim too)
