I didnt do wonderful last week with my eating but it was mostly SB items. My excercise has been right on and worked out about an hour every day besides Sunday. I lost .6 which is really good for me so I'm happy with the week



-- oh yeah, and I'm a beacher too. 
I hate when scales are so different!
For me grapes and strawberries are awesome whereas apples make my cravings go nutso for some reason. I also love brown rice but just cant get past the texture of ww pasta lol. Just add stuff slowly and see how it makes you feel and keep doing what youre doing! 
Just keep it up...I love SB!!

I hope everyone is doing good this week! I'm doing pretty good, adding fruit and "good for you" carbs back in! Thank god, I missed me some fruit!
