I bought some frozen strawberries, and I would like to make a smoothie for breakfast a couple times a week. I get tired of the cereal, oatmeal, eggs, and such, so I thought I would make a drink. I looked on the package and it is only 45 calories for 1/2 cup of strawberries.
My question is.. what else do I add to it? I am really not sure what to mix with it or how much, while still keeping it healthy and under 210 calories or so.
Anyone have a yummy recipe for me?



) and then I add 1/2 a cup of strawberry banana juice (in the cartons by sunripe I believe) and then mix it all together and go... it is delicious and always fills me up!!!
