  • Hi Everybody,
I thought it would be a good idea if we could all post our favorite workout dvds. That way we can mix up our routines a bit since every one is very different.

I'm doing the 30 day shred and i'm liking that so far, except it's a bit boring. What does everybody else like?????

What DVD's have you tried? What worked for you? Results? What didn't work???
  • ok here are my faves, P90X of course!!!!!!!!!!! thats my daily routine but when im feeling good and want to go even further i add on either some turbo jam with is upbeat , or zumba which is a complete blast .
  • What's P90X. I've never heard of it.
  • ive always wanted to try the p90x... but ive always been to scared that i'm too weak to do it.
  • Where can I get P90X dvds???
  • My fav (at least atm) is the Turbo Jam fat blaster dvd! It's fun & always gets my heart going...plus it's only ~30 mins long.
  • My all time fav is the 30 DS. I lost over 13 inches the first month. Even though it is quite boring, it works. And that is why I stick with it.

For variety, I also like Biggest Loser DVDs with Bob, Jillian, & Kim.
  • I've only tried The Biggest Loser with Bob and I loved it, I just got tired of it after doing it nonstop for like two months. You can choose level of difficulty, so that really helps
  • I loooooooooooooooooove Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone....
I did it for one summer and loss 30 lbs without a drop of dieting...so I'm back with it. She has 1, 2, 3, and 4 mile walks. Right now, I'm doing her 2 mile Walk and Tone Walk that I have on demand with my cable service. I also have like 3 or 4 of her dvds; they each have different walking lengths and intensity levels.
  • i have netflix so i can see a small few online. i like the trainers edge, with baron baptiste. it is just like a power yoga class. i also like the self bikini body workout
  • The P90X hands down.. Its soo not boring and he;s so cute! and i love the way he talks haha
  • Although it's older and kind of cheesy and there's one woman in the background that I want to strangle because I find her so freaking annoying, but I adore the original "Sweating to the Oldies". The music's fun, the time flies, and the dance moves are fun!

I actually ended up ordering a couple other "Sweating to the..." dvd's as well. The other main one that I use is the "Sweating to the 80's" dvd.
  • i am a shameless Yoga Booty Ballet advocate. it is fantastic, fun, and effective!
  • www.beachbody.com thats where its at p90x !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is intense at first but you quickly get to a level to do it.
  • is P90X still a good workout even if I don't want to be 'ripped' lol???? I don't necessarily want to look like the people in the picture?
