Hello, all.
This is my first time posting on this forum - I'm not really sure where to start...
I'm 25 - just celebrated 1 year anniversary on New Years Eve - we live in TN, no kids, but we have a rescued Basenji-mix, Daphne, who is adorable - I'm 5'3" - somewhere around 190 lbs, but haven't weighed myself in a few months. I'm trying to make some changes - I want the way I look on the outside to reflect the person I am on the inside...
