Hello All -
I am also new at 3FC and at the weight loss journey.
Today is my third "weigh in" at WW and so far everything is going great. The counting points really seems to be giving me the tools to get my diet under control. My mental goal is to lose about 40 pounds.
I love looking at the before and after photos in the GOAL forum - very motivating.
One thing I'm absolutely amazed by at WW is how many skinny people there are at the meetings! People I'd see on the street and think they were "natuarally thin" HA! Well I hope to someday soon be fooling strangers the same way!
Anyway, that's the beginning story.
