Just wondering . . .
For all of you who do a weekly weigh in, do you weigh yourself during your TOM? I know I did very well staying on plan last week, but the scale reflected a gain due to TOM and even though I knew why there was a gain, I was disapointed. A few days later, my true weight loss was reveiled.
So my question is, do you weigh yourself during your TOM or save the disapointment?

I do get a little disappointed whenever I see a gain, but as long as I know I've been on plan, I try not to get too bent out of shape.
