Thanks everyone for the encouragement....I think that you could lose the weight in 10 weeks. Because I stopped my weightloss journey in Sept. it is difficult to say how long it took. However, I hadn't gained weight once I stopped trying to lose..in fact...I think I had lost a couple of pounds with just being sensible. So, 10 weeks is doable....good luck to everyone that have responded to my post.
I hope to be at 180 by March. We shall see. I am mostly following a weight watchers type diet, but not going to the meetings. I am doing that because, I believe it is around 50 cals per point and it is easier than adding up all the calories. I am also monitoring myself on fitday.com, which is fun. I love the graphs. I am also riding my exercise bike about 5 days a week for about a half an hour, so we shall see how I do.
I love being in ONE-DERLAND. I gave up on thinking I could be there.
