Hello everyone,

I am having total knee replacement surgery this July, so I have an additional reason to get this weight off!

I lost a lot of weight a couple years ago, but slowly put about half of it back on. Now, with this added bump in the road, I really need to not only get the extra weight off but also get in shape, so here I am, and I appreciate any support and help anyone wants to give me..I hope I can also help and support some of you too!!

I am glad this forum has a section for those of us who need to lose a lot..
